A Kinematic Perspective on the Formation Process of the Stellar Groups in the Rosette Nebula

Stellar kinematics is a powerful tool for understanding the formation process of stellar associations. Here, we present kinematic study young population in Rosette nebula using recent Gaia data and high-resolution spectra. We first isolate member candidates published mid-infrared photometric list X-ray sources. A total 403 stars with similar parallaxes proper motions are finally selected as members. The spatial distribution members shows that this star-forming region highly substructured. open cluster NGC 2244 center has pattern radial expansion rotation. discuss its implication on formation, e.g., monolithic cold collapse or hierarchical assembly. On other hand, also investigate three groups located around border H II bubble. western group seems to be spatially correlated adjacent gas structure, but their not associated gas. southern does show any systematic motion relative 2244.
